Mama Rosa’s Pizzeria was founded in 2018 by Tony Romano, inspired by family recipes and his grandmother Rosa’s cooking legacy. Tony brought authentic Neapolitan techniques to Birmingham, fusing southern hospitality and Italian heritage.
